Woman flown to hospital after crash in Bollinger County

PATTON, Mo. (KFVS) – A Perryville woman was flown to the hospital after a single-vehicle accident in Bollinger County, Missouri.

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol Crash Report, the accident occurred on Wednesday, October 9, at approximately 12:10 p.m. The driver was traveling south on MO 51, four miles south of Patton.

The accident occurred when a 2004 Chevrolet Trailblazer left the right side of the road and overturned.

The driver, 41-year-old Haylee Perkuhn of Perryville, was transported by Air EVAC to Mercy Hospital in St. Louis for treatment of her serious injuries.

According to the highway patrol, Perkuhn was not wearing a safety device at the time of the accident.
