Mikey Madison stars in Sean Baker’s acclaimed drama

Even though we’re not quite into awards season yet, it’s clear that one of the big frontrunners is there Sean Baker’s “Anora.” From the moment he debuted at Cannes (even taking home the Palme d’Or), he was described as one of the leading stars at the Oscars. And now general audiences can see the film as it finally hits theaters.

As seen in the trailer, “Anora” tells the story of a dancer who is blown away by a client. However, not everyone is happy about this new relationship. The movie stars Mikey Madison, Mark Eydelshteyn, Yuri Borisov, Karren Karagulian, And Vache Tovmasyan. The film was written and directed by Baker. He is probably best known for films like “mandarin” And “The Florida Project.” His most recent film is the drama “Red rocket.”

We saw the film as part of its time at Cannes and said in our review: “For all the questions you’ll have about Ani’s decisions (girls, get a lawyer), it’s the actors alongside Madison who are “Anora” bring the finish line across.
