Two hospitalized after multi-car crash in Desert Hot Springs

Cal Fire responded to reports of an accident at approximately 5:58 p.m. at the intersection of Palm Drive and 20th Avenue, where firefighters arrived to find a person trapped in a car. Two people were taken to a local hospital with moderate injuries, Cal Fire reported on social media.

Details about how the accident occurred and how many vehicles were involved were not immediately known.
