Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs used drug-laced lube to assault woman: lawyer

Music mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs is facing new, disturbing sexual assault allegations tied to drug use and violence, according to the accuser’s attorney. The unnamed victim claims that Combs, 54, his bodyguard and another man attacked her after she was forcibly drugged.

Attorney Ariel Mitchell-Kidd revealed shocking details in an interview with NewsNation, claiming Combs doused her client with a lubricant laced with Rohypnol, commonly referred to as a date rape drug. The victim was reportedly forced to remove her clothing after Combs threatened her with a knife. Mitchell-Kidd claims her client felt increasingly weaker after applying the lubricant.

“She noticed that she was becoming more and more saggy,” Mitchell-Kidd said, adding that using oil can cause medications like Rohypnol or GHB to be absorbed through the skin. “It seems to me that the oil had certain types of drugs mixed into it, which is why he doused her with this oil beforehand, not only to make it easier to attack her, but that was also what weakened her defenses.”

After she became incapacitated, the victim alleges that Combs, his bodyguard and a third person sexually assaulted her. The lawyer said her client plans to file a complaint later this week, saying: “The details are graphic and the complaint lays out all the details. She was finally able to escape after the gruesome attack.”

It is unclear whether the woman in this case is the same person who previously accused Combs of luring her to her home and raping her in 2018. The previous victim also filed a police report, claiming the artist had engaged in similar violent and drug-related behavior.

Sean “Diddy” Combs has been in custody since September 16 after being arrested in New York City on multiple charges, including racketeering, forcible sex trafficking and transporting persons for prostitution. He is accused in federal documents of using drugs to manipulate and control his victims during prolonged, often violent sexual encounters.

In recent weeks, over 120 people have made allegations of sexual abuse and exploitation against the Bad Boy Records founder. These claims, spanning three decades, include allegations from both men and women, with at least 25 minors among the victims, according to attorney Tony Buzbee. One of the minors was only 9 years old.

Buzbee also noted that these allegations involve several high-profile entertainment industry figures, some of whom are reportedly being offered the opportunity to settle before their cases become public.

Despite the barrage of allegations, Combs and his legal team have repeatedly denied the claims made against him.
