The police introduce the first Tesla Cybertruck Cruiser in the USA

IRVINE, Calif. (KCAL/KCBS) – Whether drivers love or hate the Tesla Cybertruck, they don’t want it in their rearview mirror.

Police in Irvine, California were the first to use the unusual vehicle on duty.

Even though it looks like “Robocop” is behind the wheel, the truck Elon Musk built doesn’t even give out a traffic ticket.

The Cybertruck is expected to be in use for a decade.

It is only used for public relations.

Some residents think it’s kind of silly to have spent $153,000 on something like this.

Additionally, Irvine police say a typical patrol car costs $116,000 and only lasts three or four years.

The Cybertruck is expected to be in use for a decade.
