Man wanted for aggravated assault on Wrightsboro Road in Augusta

AUGUSTA, Ga. (WRDW/WAGT) – A 37-year-old man is wanted in connection with an aggravated assault, according to the Richmond County Sheriff’s Office.

According to authorities, Gregory Leon Douse Jr. is wanted for aggravated assault that occurred Oct. 3 on Wrightsboro Road in Augusta.

Officials say Douse has active warrants for this incident.

Douse should be considered armed and dangerous.

According to the sheriff’s office, he is described as 6 feet tall and weighing 200 pounds.
