Document: MPD searching for suspect in Southeast shooting

The Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a suspect involved in a shooting that occurred on September 18 in the 1600 block of Marion Barry Avenue, SE. While responding to reports of a shooting, officers discovered an adult female victim suffering from gunshot wounds who was then transported to a local hospital for treatment.
