Earlier, Scarface shared a picture of himself in a hospital bed, which raised concerns as the 53-year-old rapper has made headlines in the past due to his health condition. It looks like we got some answers today because he shared a new, smiling photo and caption about his recent open heart surgery.

“[Six Weeks] “Before open heart surgery, I underwent open heart surgery today. Standing tall and smiling today shows you can’t play with God,” he wrote under a photo posted on Instagram. “And I say again: I’m grateful, it could have gone either way, and yet I’m still alive…”

During the pandemic, Face needed a kidney transplant and revealed: During an interview in July 2021, he finally received the news he was looking for when searching for a suitable donor.

“A few days ago…well, Friday they called me and said I was a match for my son,” Scarface said on a Zoom call promoting him and her Willie D’s brand new podcast, Geto Boys Reloaded. “So it’s every day.”

“I just told him when it all went wrong, ‘Hey man, you don’t have to go through that.’ “If I can compete, I will,” Chris Jordan said in the same interview.

Scarface isn’t the only artist making headlines lately for dealing with health issues. This was announced on Monday (October 7th). Donald Glover, also known as Childish Gambinorecovered in one Houston Hospital According to a statement from the X account, the entertainer is suffering from an undisclosed health issue.

The 41-year-old star went to Houston for surgery after experiencing health concerns following his show in New Orleans. He also announced that he would do it cancel the remainder of his North American touralong with his tour dates in the UK and Europe to focus on his recovery.

“After my show in New Orleans, I went to the hospital in Houston to confirm I had an obvious medical condition,” Glover said in a statement. “After being [assessed]I realized I would not be performing that evening, and after further testing, I would not be able to complete the remainder of the US tour in the required time. Surgery is planned at the moment and I need some time off to heal.”

Glover provided no further information about his condition or ailment and did not say when or if the canceled tour dates would be rescheduled.

Glover previously canceled his show in Houston on September 8th.
