Man arrested for tearing up mail in apartment: Medina Police Blotter

MEDINA, Ohio

Suspicious person, West Liberty Street

Police responded at 3:22 p.m. Oct. 4 to a report that a man was seen ripping up mail and packages in an apartment. He was located and arrested.

Welfare check, Bishop Court

Police were called to a report of a man seen sleeping in a grass field at 5:14 a.m. on October 5th. No further information was available at the time of reporting.

Disorderly conduct, Lafayette Road

Police responded at 8:10 p.m. on October 5 to a report that an intoxicated man was seen stumbling on the roadway. The man was reportedly unable to care for himself and was cited for disorderly conduct and taken to the hospital.

Traffic accident, Marks Road

A driver was cited for making a wrong turn and possibly sustaining injuries following a traffic accident at 10:16 a.m. Oct. 4.

Harassment, Forest Meadows Drive

A worker reported being harassed by a customer on October 4 at 9:13 p.m. At the time of reporting, police had no further information.

Threats, West North Street

On October 5 at 7:54 p.m., a man was arrested for threats of domestic violence.

Traffic accident, East Smith Road

A driver was cited for making an illegal left turn after a traffic accident on October 5 at 8:09 p.m.

Domestic Violence, North Court Street

On October 6 at 12:34 p.m., a man was arrested for domestic violence.

DUS, West Union Street

A woman was arrested for driving while banned at 11pm on October 5th.
