NFL Week 6 Predictions: We project every game for Week 6, from Lions vs. Cowboys to Bills vs. Jets

Meanwhile, at 2-3, the San Francisco 49ers are just days away from their second complete second-half collapse. It’s only Week 6, but it feels like a crucial game for both teams. Seattle’s issues at the top, especially of late, coupled with their trouble stopping the run could be the difference as the 49ers are in a must-win scenario considering they are 2-4 record would follow one of the toughest remaining NFL schedules.

The Green Bay Packers should call on Jaire Alexander (injury) and Romeo Doubs (suspension) for this game to provide much-needed help on both sides of the ball. Defensively, Arizona has allowed opposing quarterbacks to complete more than 70 percent of their passes with a QB rating above 90 in four of five games this season. However, the Cardinals offense could play some time control by using James Conner against the Packers’ run defense. Ultimately, Green Bay is simply the better team and although it should be pretty close, a late turnover makes the final score that gives the Packers a 10-point win.

There is uncertainty regarding quarterbacks for both teams heading into Week 6. Anthony Richardson missed last game due to injury and the Indianapolis Colts offense looked much better with Joe Flacco. Meanwhile, the Tennessee Titans could use Will Levis’ injury to see how Mason Rudolph fares with extended duty. The Patriots’ defense has also taken a significant step backwards from last season and to make matters worse, Houston could finally get running back Joe Mixon back this season. This seems like a game that Houston should easily win, however unpredictable results seem to happen every Sunday.

With the Atlanta Falcons turning things around quickly, both the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and New Orleans Saints find themselves in a tough spot heading into Week 6. A division win is needed, and these bets help make this one of the best NFL games of Week 6. Games in New Orleans Although Baker Mayfield is pretty good with the Buccaneers’ offense, he has outpaced Derek Carr in recent weeks. There’s no game we’re more excited about in Week 6 than the Washington Commanders. While Dan Quinn’s defense has improved slightly in recent weeks, that’s a disgrace to the opponents they’ve faced. Both Lamar Jackson and Derrick Henry should be able to enjoy the Commanders’ defense, but Jayden Daniels and Terry McLaurin should find success taking advantage of a Ravens secondary that struggles with No. 1 receivers . The deciding factor in this game will be Jackson’s experienced play and the Ravens’ defense generating takeaways that lead to points.

There’s a chance the Los Angeles Chargers could get offensive tackles like Rashawn Slater and Joe Alt back from this game, but that’s far from a guarantee. Even with both tackles returning, the Chargers offensive line has been abysmal in pass protection this season. This puts this team in a very poor position compared to a Denver Broncos defense that ranks in the top 5 in pressure rate and sacks. We’re pretty confident there won’t be many points in this game, but the healthier team with the better defense should emerge victorious.
