One dead, two injured in crash at US 30 and Pioneer Drive

A crash on US 30 leaves one person dead and two others injured.

On Saturday evening around 6:30 p.m., Plymouth Police responded to a multi-vehicle accident at US 30 and Pioneer Drive.

This is east of Yogi Bear Jellystone Park.

Upon arrival, officers identified three vehicles involved in the accident, with all occupants injured.

A car failed to stop at a red light and crashed into another car turning from behind at the light and another car in the passenger seat.

Fire and EMS provided aid to all three drivers, but a 30-year-old man from Illinois died on the way to the hospital.

This crash is still under investigation.
