A woman was shot in southwest Atlanta, according to Atlanta police

ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) – A woman was injured after being shot in southwest Atlanta Sunday morning, according to Atlanta police.

Police said officers responded to 80 Jesse Hill Jr Drive SE around 7 a.m. Sunday and found a 21-year-old woman suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Officers determined the shooting occurred at 685 Cooper St. SW.
