Kitchener stabbing leads to WRPS investigation

Police have launched an investigation after a man was stabbed in Kitchener.

According to Waterloo Regional Police, the incident occurred around 5:30 a.m. on Sunday, October 6, when calls were received in the area of ​​Victoria Street North and St. Ledger Street.

When they arrived, officers found an injured man on scene who had to be transported to an out-of-area hospital for treatment. According to police, the injuries were serious but not life-threatening.

An investigation has now been launched in which the police are collecting information from the public.
