Suspected wrong-way crash blocks portion of I-10 in Tolleson; Injuries reported

TOLLESON, AZ (AZFamily) – Injuries were reported in a multi-vehicle crash on a highway in Tolleson Sunday morning and authorities suspect a wrong-way driver may be involved.

Details are limited, but the Arizona Department of Public Safety says it is investigating a three-vehicle crash with injuries in the eastbound lanes of I-10 near 91st Avenue. According to authorities, motorists reported that one of the vehicles was traveling in the wrong direction.

How many people were injured or what condition they were in is unknown.
