Police are investigating an overnight shooting in Lexington

LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18) – A man is recovering after being shot in Lexington overnight.

According to Lexington police, officers were called to East Sixth and Ohio streets around 1:15 a.m. Sunday.

When police arrived at the scene, they found a man who had been shot.

According to police, he was taken to the hospital for non-life-threatening injuries.

The investigation into this shooting is ongoing.
