Bandai Namco and Reflector Entertainment reveal theme song for Unknown 9: Awakening by BANKS

Bandai Namco Entertainment Europe and Reflector Entertainment have revealed “A Light Lies Within,” the theme song for their upcoming video game Unknown 9: Awakening. The song was co-composed and sung by American singer BANKS and is now available alongside a music video featuring the game’s protagonist, Haroona, and her journey around the world.

The title reflects Haroona’s search for truth and her inner strength and fits the game’s overarching themes. The music video traces key moments in their story, to the rhythm of BANKS’ impressive lyrics and performances.

In Unknown 9: AwakeningPlayers take control of Haroona, a young woman with a unique connection to the Fold, a hidden dimension intertwined with our own. As she learns to harness its powers, Haroona embarks on a global journey to protect this knowledge from those who would abuse it.

The game is scheduled to release on October 18, 2024 for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S and PC via Steam.
