Las Vegas Raiders and Denver Broncos odds, tips and predictions

The Las Vegas Raiders (3-0) and Denver Broncos (1-2) meet on Sunday. Kickoff from Empower Field at Mile High is scheduled for 4:05 p.m. ET (CBS). Let’s analyze BetMGM Sportsbook’s 24/7 NFL odds Raiders vs Broncos odds, and meet our expert NFL picks and predictions.

The Raiders improved to 2-2 with a 20-16 win on Sept. 29 as 2.5-point underdogs against the visiting Cleveland Browns. After trailing 10-0 in the first quarter, the Raiders rallied and outscored the Browns 20-6 the rest of the way. The Raiders relied on their ground game and racked up 152 rushing yards and 2 touchdowns to secure the win.

The Broncos earned their second straight win in Week 4, defeating the New York Jets 10-9 as underdogs by 8.5 points. It wasn’t a stunning victory, but they did it. QB Bo Nix only threw for 60 yards but managed to make contact with WR Courtland Sutton for his first career TD pass, helping the Broncos to a hard-fought victory.

Raiders at Broncos tips and predictions

forecast

Broncos 17, Raiders 13

Money line

HAPPEN.

I see the Broncos (-150) getting the win at home, but I don’t like paying that much money – I prefer to look at the spread.

Against the spread

BET BRONCOS -3 (-110).

The Broncos got off to a rough start in three of their first four road games and performed admirably. Now they return home with higher expectations, supported by one of the best defenses in the league.

Meanwhile, the Raiders have struggled with injuries, particularly to Crosby and Adams, and have struggled defensively and on the floor.

Denver’s offense still needs work, but the defense has been strong, allowing just 29 points in the last three games.

The Raiders’ inconsistent play and injury concerns make their road challenge even more difficult.

I’ll take this BRONCOS-3 (-110) here as their defense and home court advantage should prevail.

Over/Under

BET UNDER 35.5 (-110).

The signs all point to a low-scoring affair. Denver’s last 3 games have all been losses, and Denver has been the home favorite in 7 of the last 8 meetings. The Raiders, on the other hand, lost in 9 of their last 10 games as underdogs after a home win.

With both teams coming off a string of games where they fell short of the total, including two of the last three meetings, it’s likely we’ll see a defensive struggle. Bets UNDER 35.5 (-110) feels like a smart move here.
