Electrocution: Tragic electrocution claims the lives of two laborers in Bhopal | Bhopal News

Bhopal: A 30-year-old man was reported to have suffered an electric shock while working on a building under construction on Friday.
Work colleagues rushed him to the hospital, where doctors pronounced him dead. After registering the case, police handed over the body to relatives who took it to Uttar Pradesh.
According to police, Prakash Kumar Gautam was from Uttar Pradesh. He lived near Shani Mandir in Bag Sewania and worked as workers. He had worked for one Construction site at Giri Mohalla, Bag Sewania. On Friday morning, while working on the first floor, Prakash touched a high-tension wire and received an electric shock, causing him to fall to the floor. He was rushed over immediately AIIMS Hospitalwhere he was pronounced dead.
In another incident reported in Koh-e-Fiza area, a man named Prem Chaurasia, 30, a resident of Vijay Nagar, Lalghati, is said to have died due to severe electric shock. On September 30, he suffered an electric shock and was admitted to Hamidia Hospital. He died from his injuries late Friday evening. The Koh-e-Fiza police have registered a case and handed over the body to the family after the autopsy.
