Soldiers shoot a young man, settlers attack two, near Ramallah |

Meanwhile, northwest of Ramallah, a group of Israeli settlers attacked Palestinian farmers and forced them to abandon their land in the village of Al-Lubban Al-Gharbi.

According to media sources, a group of colonizers under the protection of the army attacked Palestinian farmers harvesting olives and forced them to leave their own land.

The Palestinian Red Crescent Society (PRCS) said its ambulance crews took two citizens to hospital after they sustained injuries in the attack.

In addition, Israeli forces entered the town of Beitunia, west of Ramallah, on Saturday evening, sparking protests among local Palestinians.

According to media sources, the army stormed the city and fired concussion grenades and tear gas canisters at citizens. No injuries were reported.

In related news, Israeli soldiers stormed the village of Marda, north of Salfit in the central part of the occupied West Bank, on Saturday evening.

According to media sources, occupation forces stopped and searched several citizens’ vehicles and threatened them with physical violence under the pretext of allegedly throwing stones at settlers’ vehicles.
