KELOWNA – RCMP say a 43-year-old man is charged with second-degree murder for a fatal knife attack that left another man dead nearly two years ago in Kelowna, B.C.

KELOWNA – RCMP say a 43-year-old man is charged with second-degree murder for a fatal knife attack that left another man dead nearly two years ago in Kelowna, B.C.

Police said they were called to a business in downtown Kelowna after receiving a report that a group of people were involved in an altercation on October 9, 2022.

They say rescue workers found an injured man at the scene of the accident, who died despite life-saving measures.

He was later identified as 32-year-old Devon Foster.

Police said they made the arrest on Friday and the accused remains in custody.

They say the BC Prosecution Service is investigating the case and no further details will be released.
