Two injured in shooting in Lexington, police searching for suspect

LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18) – Two people were injured in a shooting near an apartment complex on Devonport Drive near Versailles Road in Lexington Thursday evening.

According to Lexington police, reports of shots fired were received around 9:30 p.m

When they arrived at the scene, police said they found two victims, one of whom had life-threatening injuries.

Police report that no one was injured in the shooting and are searching for a suspect.
