Silver Spring resident dies in Outer Banks plane crash

Shashwat Ajit Adhikari, 31, of Silver Spring was named as one of six people killed in a plane crash in North Carolina’s Outer Banks on Saturday, according to the National Park Service. The pilot of the plane was attempting to land when it crashed. [NBC4]
