61-year-old woman in stable condition after stabbing in Mishawaka

MISHAWAKA, Ind. (WSBT) — A man was arrested after a stabbing in Mishawaka on Tuesday evening.

It happened at a home on Hubbard Street around 9:45 p.m

When police arrived, they discovered that a 61-year-old woman had been stabbed multiple times.

She was taken to hospital and is in stable condition.

A 61-year-old man was arrested at the scene.

According to police, the stabbing was the result of an argument between the two and was an isolated incident.
