Trial underway against man for murder of woman and her child

There’s a lawsuit going on against one of them Crestwood Man charged with murder of woman and her 14-month-old child. Anthony Maggio faces six counts of first-degree murder. He is accused of strangling Ashtin Eaton and suffocating her daughter Hazel Bryant in October 2020 Lockport home. Prosecutors allege Maggio murdered Eaton and Bryant because he didn’t want to pay child support. The process could take three weeks.
