Tencent will premiere C-drama The Rise of Ning starring Zhang Wan Yi and Ren Mi on October 10th

It’s rare for an actor or actress to have three major roles on air in such a short period of time, and that’s what happens Zhang Wan Yi. He was led by a man I lost you forever, part 2 which actually should have emphasized his character due to the plot in the second half of the LYF novel, but the drama editing hack job hurt him tremendously. Then, a month later, August came Are you the right one? Which I really enjoyed (which I like, but isn’t a total lover), although he gets the most credit for his female lead Wang Chu Ran I got even more encouragement from it. And now his drama next week on October 10th The Rise of Ning with Ren Min is coming and all eyes will be on what happens next. So far I’m liking the posters and the trailer, and while its style looks so similar to Are You the One, the two dramas based on the trailer feel very different in a good way.
