British Princess Beatrice is pregnant with her second child

LONDON (AP) — Britain’s Princess Beatrice is pregnant with her second child, Buckingham Palace announced Tuesday.

The 36-year-old Beatrice and her husband Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi are “very pleased to announce that they are expecting their second child together in the spring,” the place said.

The baby will be a sibling for 8-year-old Wolfie – Mapello Mozzi’s son from a previous relationship – and the couple’s 3-year-old daughter, Sienna.

Buckingham Palace said King Charles III. had been informed, “and both families are pleased with the news.”

Beatrice, ninth in line to the British throne, is the older daughter of Prince Andrew and his ex-wife Sarah, Duchess of York.

In July 2020, she married millionaire real estate tycoon Mapelli Mozzi in a private wedding ceremony at the Royal Chapel of All Saints at the Royal Lodge in Windsor.
