Brailey appeared in court for the first time on August 7 after being arrested at her school the previous day and charged with sexual intercourse, sexual touching and sexual assault of a boy under the age of 17 in her care.

The Sydney high school PE teacher allegedly posted sex videos of herself on Snapchat, invited the teenager to her home in Wollongong and had sex with him in the back of his car.

She was granted strict bail to live with her parents in Wollongong.

Less than two weeks later, Brailey was back in court on charges related to the second student.
