Police are investigating a stabbing on Boston Common

A man was stabbed on Boston Common Tuesday morning, Boston police said.

Officers responded to Brewer Fountain near the Park Street MBTA station at 8:18 a.m., BPD said. They found an adult male suffering from a stab wound, police said. The victim was taken to a local hospital where he was treated for non-life-threatening injuries, according to police.

There were no arrests. The BPD said an investigation into the incident is ongoing.
