TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) – Vice presidential candidates JD Vance and Tim Walz will face off in a debate tonight.

Vance, a senator from Ohio, is running for the Republican nomination alongside former President Donald Trump. Walz, the governor of Minnesota, is running for the Democratic nomination alongside Vice President Kamala Harris.

The first and only vice presidential debate of this election season is scheduled to begin tonight at 9 p.m
