Diddy reported 120 new allegations of sexual assault, including minors

In a shocking update to the Sean “Diddy” Combs case, the rapper is facing 120 new sexual assault allegations.

In a press conference this morning, Texas-based attorney Tony Buzbee said he represents over 100 accusers in a series of assault allegations spanning more than 20 years.

According to Buzbee, the group is “evenly split between men and women.” One of the alleged victims was only nine years old at the time of the incident. In fact, the lawyer said, 25 of the 120 accusers were minors at the time of the alleged attacks.

Buzbee said his team collected “images, videos and texts” as evidence to support these claims. Most of the performances are said to have taken place in New York, California and Florida at afterparties, album release parties, Fourth of July parties and New Year’s Eve parties. However, some even took place at auditions where “young people, people who wanted to get into the industry, were forced into this type of behavior with the promise of becoming a star,” Buzbee said.

Many were even conducted “in private homes of people we all know,” he said.

More than half of the victims are said to have reported either to the police or to the hospital. Several sought medical treatment and showed evidence of “strange drugs” in their bodies when tested for drugs.

“One that keeps coming up is a drug called xylazine, or ‘Tranq,’ which our research shows is known as a horse tranquilizer,” Buzbee said.

Buzbee has a reputation in Texas as a defense attorney who works with high-profile clients such as former Gov. Rick Perry and handles high-stakes lawsuits, such as a $41 million wrongful death case.

He said over 3,000 people have filed claims against Combs. He currently represents 120 accusers.

“The list is already long, but because of the nature of this case, we’re going to make damn sure we’re right before we do that,” he said.

“These are isolated incidents,” Buzbee continued. “There are actually other perpetrators involved. They will be announced when each individual case is ready for submission.”

Buzbee clarified that he was not referring to “complicit bystanders.” He speaks of active participants in these attacks, including allegedly individuals, banks, hotels and pharmaceutical companies, who helped facilitate and/or cover up Combs’ conduct.

“They know who they are.”

Combs is currently in federal custody awaiting trial on racketeering and sex trafficking charges. He was denied bail twice because of concerns about witness tampering and the risk of absconding.
