Diddy has filed over 100 new civil lawsuits alleging sexual assault

Sean “Diddy” Combs’ legal battles are far from over, and according to a Houston attorney, September was just the tip of the iceberg. Texas-based attorney Tony Buzbee held a press conference on Tuesday (October 1) and announced that he is representing 120 accusers with allegations against the Bad Boy Records founder. The events allegedly occurred over the last 20 years.

“We will expose the enablers who enabled this behavior behind closed doors. We will investigate this matter regardless of who the evidence involves,” Buzbee said during the press conference. He confirmed that his team had “collected images, videos and texts”.

Using specific examples, the lawyer described some cases for which his team had already “confirmed and collected evidence.” A 22-year-old who was allegedly attacked was able to describe the typical motive during Diddy’s “Freak Offs”. The alleged victim claims that the drinks provided at the parties were often “laced” and that if an attendee refused to drink, they were thrown out. Buzbee then spoke about a 9-year-old alleged victim who went to a Bad Boy Records audition in NYC and was allegedly sexually abused by Combs and other people in a studio.

Buzbee added that the allegations will include “violent sexual assault or rape, facilitated sex with a controlled substance, distribution of video recordings and sexual abuse of minors.”

He also warned that some of the people implicated in the cases could be a surprise. “The list is already long, but given the nature of this case, we’re going to make damn sure we’re right before we do that,” the attorney said. “These names will shock you.”

Diddy was arrested in New York City on September 16 following a series of lawsuits against him alleging sexual assault, sex trafficking and other criminal activity, sparked by Cassie Ventura’s lawsuit in November 2023.

The 54-year-old industry veteran now officially faces three charges contained in the most recent indictment, which was unsealed on September 17th. It is a conspiracy; sex trafficking involving force, fraud, or coercion; and transportation for prostitution.
