SKULDUGGERY OF THE WEEK: CRASH AND DASH

There is no need to sweep a resident’s damage under the rug 5400 block of North Dentwood Drive after a driver crashed a vehicle into the home and fled the scene on Sept. 25.

23 Monday

A public notice of poisoning was issued at a camp in the city 6800 block of West Northwest Highway.

A vehicle was stolen 6200 block of West Northwest Highway.

Unspecified harassment occurred 6400 block of Walnut Hill Lane.

24 Tuesday

There was a theft of an unknown nature 6100 block of Desco Drive.

25 Wednesday

A dog was thrown from a second floor garage 8400 block of Westchester Drive (Event included as part of a comprehensive crime report, additional information awaits animal cruelty investigation).

Property was damaged when a vandal broke into a residence 9300 block of Hathaway Street.

An unspecified theft of personal property occurred 6000 block of Mimosa Lane.

Abandoned property was found inside 6800 block of West Northwest Highway.

A motor vehicle was stolen from a commercial parking lot Preston Hollow Village.

There was vandalism of commercial properties 3800 block of West Northwest Highway.

There was a theft of property in the shopping center there Northwest corner of Inwood Road and Lovers Lane.

There was an attack in a government building 6800 block of Lyndon B. Johnson Freeway.

28 Saturday

At an unknown point in time, a warning was given for trespassing Medical City Dallas Hospital.
