Westchester man charged with criminal sex acts against teenagers

NEW ROCHELLE – Police have charged a 52-year-old New Rochelle man with multiple sexual offenses against several teenage children.

New Rochelle police and the Westchester County District Attorney’s Office are charging Fernando Rincon with drug possession, four counts of felony criminal sexual conduct and four counts of felony abuse of a child under 17 in a sexual performance.
