VICTORVILLE, Calif. (VVNG.com) — A stabbing victim was flown out after an alleged altercation outside Victor Valley High School Monday afternoon.

On September 30, 2024, at approximately 3:35 p.m., approximately half a dozen police cruisers stormed the campus at the corner of Mojave Drive and Sixth Street.

A San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Office helicopter was also on scene providing air support to officers on scene.

Victorville City Fire was dispatched to the school and firefighters requested a helicopter to transport a victim to a trauma center and a second ambulance for another male juvenile.

According to a witness, the incident occurred right outside the school and involved a group of men who appeared out of nowhere and began stabbing two young men.

The witness said the first victim was able to escape to safety and the other was attacked by the group of suspects. School staff were later seen carrying the injured youth back to the main office.

It is currently unknown whether the stabbing victims were VVHS students.

VVNG reached out to VVHS officials and the sheriff’s public information officer for comment on the ongoing incident. However, no one responded to the requests.

This is a developing story and information will be updated as it becomes available.
