Man is accused of kidnapping and sexually assaulting an acquaintance in Prince William County, police say

Manassas resident Marlon Danilo Neftaly Mo-Choc was arrested Friday following an investigation into a reported incident called the previous night from the 12100 block of Sierra Sunset Lane in Gainesville.

The investigation revealed that Mo-Choc, described by police as an acquaintance, approached a 22-year-old woman. When he refused to go with him, he grabbed her arm and forced her into a vehicle.

It is alleged that Mo-Choc then drove to a parking lot in the area of ​​Gateway Promenade Place where he touched her inappropriately, causing minor injuries to the woman.

According to officials, Mo-Choc was arrested on Friday, September 27 and charged with kidnapping, sexual assault, assault and battery.

He is being held without bail until his next court date, which has not yet been announced.
