Two Arrested on Assault Charges – Mercer County Outlook

(09/30/24) Peace officers were involved in two assault arrests made today.

Alissa Brookhart, 42, was arrested this afternoon after a warrant was served for her arrest for assault, a fourth-degree felony. The incident occurred on September 21st.

Austin Monroe, 31, was arrested by the Mercer County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of fourth-degree felony assault on a police officer, firefighter or paramedic.

He is being held without bail at the Mercer County Adult Detention Center.
