Bloody midnight stabbing in Crown Heights, 4 wounds, police say

BROOKLYN, NY – Four men were stabbed shortly after midnight Sunday at 1493 Park Place, an apartment building in Crown Heights, New York Police Department officials said.

Officers investigating the bloody incident found a 36-year-old man with lacerations to his head and right arm, a 34-year-old man with a stab wound to his right thigh and a 33-year-old man with a stab wound to his torso and a cut A 31-year-old man was wounded in the back of the head and a 31-year-old man was slashed in the torso, left arm and right eye, NYPD officials said.

The four victims were transported to both Brookdale University Hospital and Kings County Hospital and are expected to survive the attack, police said.

Police said they do not yet know what led to the attack, nor is there any information about the perpetrator, and no arrests have been made. The investigation is ongoing, police officials said.
