Tickets are available online starting at $54 and give you access to the SUPER Screams Haunted Trail and the Slaughter Factory Haunted House (if you dare).

Carnival games, bonfires, s’mores, and a concession stand are available if you can stomach it before or after the scare.

According to Field of Screams, the opening is scheduled to take place on Friday, October 4th. Due to inclement weather and reports of permitting delays, the opening date has been postponed.

Some evenings there is live entertainment such as dance troupes, live bands and fireworks displays.

Looking for a family-friendly meeting place? Visit the Arundel Volunteer Fire Department and experience the spooky terror trial, aimed at children ages 8 and up. If the kids want a less scary adventure, they can get lost in their new Boo Loop Maze for $10. It is aimed at children under 8 years old.

Children are welcome to come in costume and discover the secrets of the Boo Loop full of fairies, dancing skeletons and cackling witches.

You can purchase tickets at the fire station or online. The proceeds go to supporting the volunteer fire department.

Fields of Fear turns this fall festival destination into one of your nightmares on Fridays and Saturdays.

Fear Deluxe admission includes entry to four haunted attractions spanning 20 acres: the Firegrounds, Dark Side Hayride, Cornightmare and the Forest: Back 40.

Be warned: β€œYou may be touched by Fields of Fear actors, but at no time will you be violently hit or grabbed by any Cox Farms employee or actor,” says Cox Farms.

Located on the site of a notorious former prison, the Workhouse Arts Center backs up its spooky legacy with real-life horror stories.

β€œHaunt: Twisted Tales of Terror” immerses guests in an outdoor walking tour where classic fairy tales take a very dark twist. Keep your loved ones close: The haunted house promises β€œscary characters and nightmarish surprises around every corner.”

Test your adrenaline before and after the spook in a festive atmosphere with a DJ, bar and food trucks. Local artists sell their wares at the Haunt Pop-up Shop.

On October 20, the center will offer designated sensor-friendly time slots. The center said noise levels will be lower on the trail and the strobe lights will not be on.
