19-year-old from Otter Tail County injured in motorcycle accident

Sauk Center, MN – The Minnesota State Patrol responded to a motorcycle accident near Sauk Center involving an Otter Tail County man on Sunday afternoon (September 29) at approximately 1:32 p.m.

According to officials, the motorcycle was traveling eastbound on I-94 near mile marker 128 when it crashed. Nicholas Kelley Wendland, 19, of Clitherall, suffered non-life-threatening injuries and was transported to Sauk Center for treatment. Wendland was not wearing a helmet at the time of the accident.

The State Patrol was assisted by the Sauk Center Police Department and Sauk Center Ambulance.
