5 injured, serious injuries reported in accident near Aynor

HORRY COUNTY, SC (WMBF) – A serious accident near Aynor sent five people to the hospital Sunday afternoon.

The Horry County Fire Department responded to East Highway 501 near White Deer Ridge at approximately 5:13 p.m. where two vehicles collided and became trapped.

HCFR reported serious injuries in the accident and that one of the vehicles involved in the collision rolled over.

The South Carolina Highway Patrol is investigating the accident.
