Police say one was stabbed and killed on Randleman Road in Greensboro

GREENSBORO, N.C. (WGHP) — A woman was killed in a stabbing early Sunday morning, Greensboro police report.

According to a news release, Greensboro Police, Greensboro Fire and Guilford County EMS responded to a cardiac/respiratory arrest call in the 2300 block of Randleman Road at approximately 3:03 a.m. Sunday.

Brandy Elaine Wright, 45, was found unresponsive in the parking lot. Police said her injuries suggested she had been attacked and stabbed.

Wright was pronounced dead at the scene.

Information on possible suspects is currently not available.
