1 was hospitalized after the shooting in Colerain Township

COLERAIN TOWNSHIP, Ohio (WKRC) – One person was hospitalized after a shooting Sunday.

It happened around 11:30 p.m. on Menomenee Drive, near the intersection of Pippin Road and Springdale Road, in Colerain Township.

There was a large police presence at the scene and a large area was cordoned off with crime scene tape.

Authorities said the victim was taken to UC Medical Center.

It remains unclear whether police have a suspect.
