Bryan County man pleads guilty to assault

BRYAN COUNTY, Okla. (KXII) – The U.S. Attorney’s Office announced that 23-year-old Hr’Lee Wayde Hisaw of Bryan County has pleaded guilty to one count of assault with a dangerous weapon in the country.

The indictment alleged that Hisaw attacked the victim with a dangerous weapon in February in Pontotoc County.

An investigation by Ada police led to the charges.

The judge accepted the plea deal – and Hisaw remains in the custody of the United States Marshal Service pending sentencing.
