George Kittle scores a touchdown despite fear of injury

Kittle (ribs/hamstring) caught all four of his targets for 45 yards and a touchdown in Sunday’s 30-13 win over the Patriots.

Kittle had already returned from a hamstring injury that cost him the Week 3 game against the Rams before having to leave Sunday’s game against the Patriots with a rib injury. The physical tight end often gets into trouble, but he generally pushes through whenever possible, exemplified by the fact that Kittle immediately returned from the medical tent while making another catch before clinching the victory over New England completed. Don’t be surprised if the eight-year pro shows up on the injury report before Week 5, but assuming the fantasy stud starts against Arizona, he’s in line for a strong showing after recording at least four catches and 40 yards rushing in three active games and grabbed two touchdowns for managers so far this season.
