A boy is killed in a shooting Sunday evening in Peoria

PEORIA (25News Now) – A boy has died after a shooting Sunday night in Peoria.

Police spokeswoman Semone Roth said a two-shot gunman arrived in the 600 block of Romeo B. Garrett at the City Scape Apartments around 7:35 p.m. Sunday evening.

The child’s age is unknown.

There is currently no information on a suspect and the shooting remains under investigation.
