Fantasy Football Injury Report Week 4: Who’s in and out?

It’s time for another week of NFL action in 2024 and that means you’ll be paying close attention to your fantasy football team before, during and after Sunday’s games.

We’re here to help you with the “before” part. What NFL injuries are notable for your fantasy football team and should be known before Week 4? We have answers.

Here is a list of players dealing with injuries in fantasy football, along with their status. Check back later and we’ll update you on their status before kick-off on Sunday as we prepare for the games:

TE Trey McBride, Arizona Cardinals: Lost (concussion)

He will miss this week’s game.

WR Keenan Allen, Chicago Bears: Questionable (Heel)

He is expected to play after practice on Friday. UPDATE: It is active

WR Tank Dell, Houston Texans: Out (chest)

He will miss this week’s game.

RB Joe Mixon, Houston Texans: Questionable (ankle)

It seems like his status will be uncertain until we hear injury inactive. UPDATE: It is inactive

WR Davante Adams, Las Vegas Raiders: Lost (hamstring)

Sounds like he’s missing out on more than just a week.

RB Alvin Kamara, New Orleans Saints: Questionable (hip and ribs)

He could play, but we’ll see. UPDATE: It is active

WR Chris Olave, New Orleans Saints: Questionable (hamstring)

It is not yet known whether the injury he sustained in training on Friday will rule him out, but he is reportedly leaning towards playing. UPDATE: It is active

WR DeVonta Smith, Philadelphia Eagles: Lost (concussion)

He will miss this week’s game.

WR AJ Brown, Philadelphia Eagles: Questionable (hamstring)

Keep an eye here, but it feels like he’s probably out.

RB Bucky Irving, Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Questionable (thigh)

We’ll see! UPDATE: It is active
