Motorcycle passenger dies after late-night crash in College Station

COLLEGE STATION, Texas (KBTX) – A woman has died in a motorcycle accident late Saturday night in College Station.

College Station police said they were called to the SH 6 South and Holleman Drive East feeder road around 11:55 p.m. for a motorcycle accident. The driver and passenger were ejected and sustained injuries.

According to police, the passenger, identified as Kahlayah Collins of College Station, died at a local hospital Sunday morning.

Authorities said her family has been notified. The cause of the crash is under investigation.

According to police, the driver of the motorcycle was also taken to the hospital, but his condition is unknown at this time.
