Fantasy Football 2024: NFL Week 4 Injury Report

NFL injury report

Arizona Cardinals

TE Trey McBride (concussion) – out Week 4 with a concussion.

Carolina Panthers

WR Diontae Johnson (groin) – QUESTIONABLE for Week 4 due to a groin injury that limited him in practice, but is expected to play.

Chicago Bears

WR Keenan Allen (heel) – QUESTIONABLE for Week 4 with the expectation that he will play.

Cleveland Browns

TE David Njoku (ankle) – out for Week 4.

Detroit Lions

TE Sam LaPorta (ankle) – QUESTIONABLE for Week 4 but is expected to play.

Green Bay Packers

QB Jordan Love (knee) – QUESTIONABLE for Week 4 and has practiced every day this week, albeit on a limited basis, but is expected to be active this week.

Houston Texans

RB Joe Mixon (ankle) – QUESTIONABLE for Week 4, but looked good in his first practice since the injury on Friday.

WR Tank Dell (chest) – out for Week 4.

Jacksonville Jaguars

TE Evan Engram (hamstring) – out for Week 4.

WR Gabe Davis (shoulder) – QUESTIONABLE for Week 4 and is considered everyday fit, but is expected to play.

Las Vegas Raiders

WR Davante Adams (hamstring) – is out for Week 4 after being listed on the injury report Thursday.

TE Michael Mayer (personal) – Out for Week 4.

Los Angeles Chargers

QB Justin Herbert (ankle) – QUESTIONABLE for Week 4 due to an injury he re-aggravated last week, but it is progressing.

Los Angeles Rams

WR Cooper Kupp (ankle) – was sidelined in Week 4 and was seen working with the team’s strength and conditioning coaches.

TE Davis Allen (back) – QUESTIONABLE for Week 4, although he was a full participant at Friday’s practice.

Miami Dolphins

RB Raheem Mostert (chest) – QUESTIONABLE for Week 4 after being limited in practice all week.

QB Skylar Thompson (ribs) – QUESTIONABLE for Week 4.

New Orleans Saints

RB Alvin Kamara (ribs) – QUESTIONABLE for Week 4 after limited practice for two days, but is expected to play.

WR Chris Olave (hamstring) – QUESTIONABLE for Week 4 as his situation is called a mid-game decision.

Philadelphia Eagles

WR AJ Brown (hamstring) – is out for Week 3 after returning to practice on Friday as a limited participant.

DeVonta Smith (concussion) – out for Week 4.

Pittsburgh Steelers

QB Russell Wilson (calf) – QUESTIONABLE for Week 4 due to limited practice participation throughout the week.

RB Jaylen Warren (knee) – out Week 4 but targeting return next week.

San Francisco 49ers

WR Deebo Samuel (calf) – QUESTIONABLE for Week 4, but expected to play.

Seattle Seahawks

TE Noah Fant (toe) – QUESTIONABLE for Week 4 as he was limited in practice.

Tama Bay Buccaneers

RB Bucky Irving (hamstring) – QUESTIONABLE for Week 4 due to an injury that left him limited or unable to participate in practice all week, but is expected to play.

RB Rachaad White (Illness) – QUESTIONABLE for Week 4 but is expected to play.

Washington commanders

RB Austin Ekeler (concussion) – out for Week 4.

NFL Injured Reserve/PUP

Carolina Panthers

TE Ian Thomas (calf) – has been placed on injured reserve and will miss at least the first four weeks of the season.

WR Adam Thielen (hamstring) – was placed on injured reserve after Week 3 and will miss at least four games with an injury that does not require surgery.

Cleveland Browns

RB Nick Chubb (knee) – Placed on injured reserve and will miss at least four weeks of the season, but he will be evaluated next week.

Houston Texans

TE Brevin Jordan (knee) – placed on injured reserve and will miss the remainder of the 2024 season.

Kansas City Chiefs

WR Marquise Brown (shoulder) – placed on injured reserve with an injury that will take months, not weeks, to heal.

RB Isaiah Pacheco (fibula) – was placed on injured reserve and had successful surgery that will take him six to eight weeks to recover.

Los Angeles Chargers

WR DJ Chark (hip) – has been placed on injured reserve and will miss at least the first four weeks of the season.

Los Angeles Rams

TE Tyler Higbee (knee) – is on the PUP list and there is concern he will miss up to seven weeks of the season.

WR Puka Nacua (knee) – will be placed on injured reserve with a knee injury that could cost him more than the minimum four weeks.

Miami Dolphins

WR Odell Beckham (unknown) – Placed on the PUP list following offseason surgery but is making good progress.

QB Tua Tagovailoa (concussion) – was placed on injured reserve with a concussion with no timetable for a return, but he met with outside neurologists.

Minnesota Vikings

TE TJ Hockenson (knee) – is on the PUP list but is targeting a return for Week 6 of the regular season.

New England Patriots

WR Kendrick Bourne (knee) – is on the PUP list and will miss at least four weeks of the season, but he is making good progress.

New Orleans Saints

RB Kendre Miller (hamstring) – has been placed on injured reserve and will miss at least four weeks of the season.

San Francisco 49ers

RB Christian McCaffrey (calf/Achilles tendonitis) – has been placed on injured reserve and could miss an extended period of time, although he will begin ramping up his rehab early next week.
