Egypt condemns terrorist attack in Somalia

CAIRO – September 29, 2024: Egypt condemned Saturday’s terrorist attack in Mogadishu, the capital of the Federal Republic of Somalia, which left scores of victims dead and injured.

Egypt reiterated its full solidarity with Somalia and its support for all its efforts to combat terrorism and achieve security and stability.

According to a statement from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on Sunday, Egypt, the government and people express their sincere condolences to the government and people of Somalia, as well as the families of the victims of this treacherous terrorist attack, and wish a speedy recovery to all those injured.
