Coaching teacher arrested for sexual assault on minor girl in Mumbai | Mumbai News

MUMBAI: The city police arrested a 27-year-old on Sunday Coaching class teacher from near Mumbai airport after he landed Kullu Manalifor allegedly sexually assaulting a 15-year-old girl in his coaching course.
Two younger brothers of the accused were also arrested in this case on Saturday.
The two brothers arrested on Saturday were 24 and 25 years old.An FIR registered against the three brothers who lead a coaching class South Mumbai for students between Class VII and Class XII.
The three brothers were charged with molestation, unnatural sex and rape underage girlunder sections of IPC and Protection of Children from Sexual Offenses (Pocso).
Police received information that the eldest brother, accused in the case, was returning from Kullu Manali with his parents on Sunday. Police arrested him near Mumbai airport.
The case was registered at a police station in Central Mumbai and then taken to a police station in south Mumbai where the coaching center is located.
In 2022, the girl joined the coaching center where 35 to 40 girls also study. In December 2022, her mother noticed changes in her behavior and took her to a child development center in 2023, where the minor stayed for four months.
She rejoined the child development center in February this year and confided the matter to a counselor in March sexual assault on her from the three brothers of the coaching class. She stopped going to coaching classes in March.
The counselor informed her mother about it and the child development center officials contacted the police and an FIR was registered. The three brothers are accused of sexually abusing the girl since 2022.
According to a police source, the eldest accused sexually assaulted the girl between July 2023 and December 2023. The 25-year-old defendant took the minor for an adults-only movie and he touched her inappropriately and made obscene gestures while the youngest brother kissed the girl between 2022 and December 2023.
The complainant told the police that the accused asked the girl to come to the coaching center early and leave later and sexually abused her. A court on Saturday sent the two younger brothers into police custody until September 30th. The eldest defendant will appear in court on Monday.
